Terry started her career in Real Estate Appraisal in 2002, gaining an extensive understanding of market value, for both residential and multi-unit properties. Enjoying the business, she earned her Broker's license in 2007 and joined the Coastline team as a Broker Associate.  Her Real Estate experience and Bachelor's degree in Communications have proven to be a successful combination allowing her to expertly guide her clients. Terry stands ready to skillfully negotiate each transaction on behalf of her client's best interest.
