Dan will tell you his interest in real estate began at an early age. Always having been intrigued by architecture and construction, curious about the purchase and ownership of real estate and excited by the opportunities owners of real estate seemed to enjoy.

Dan began his formal career in real estate in 1991 as a State Certified Real Estate Appraiser. Over the next 15 years he would personally prepare well over 5,000 individual appraisal reports and consult, review and supervise the preparation of thousands more. In addition to the tremendous valuation experience gained as an appraiser, the position took Dan into every corner of Southern California and into the many great little hidden neighborhoods and communities all around the area. Building on his valuation knowledge and intimate knowledge of the Southern California area, Dan continued his real estate education, obtained his Broker's license and co-founded Coastline Real Estate Group, Inc. The Brokerage brought new opportunities with Property Management, Estate Management, Construction Management, Project Management, Consulting, Investment Analysis and Sales.

Now as a Principle, Broker and Officer for the Company, Dan brings a multi-faceted knowledge of the Southern California Real Estate market that he thoroughly enjoys sharing with his clients and associates.
